Connect your Plivo account
Authenticate once with your Plivo Auth ID and Auth Token. Credentials live in your tenant's encrypted secrets store. Never in plain text on our side.
Map numbers to agents
Pick which Plivo numbers route inbound to which Akhi agent template. Outbound campaigns choose Plivo as the dialing carrier in the campaign config.
Pass the consent gate, then go live
Same gate as Twilio: every uploaded list requires consent confirmation. Once it passes, Akhi dials through Plivo with provenance attached.
