How does the Pilot Plan work?

$599 buys you 5,000 voice minutes at $0.12/minute, billed in 30-second pulses. We add a 20% bonus on top, so you get 6,000 total minutes at an effective rate of $0.10/minute. Includes a pre-configured voice agent for one vertical (masjid front desk, charity donor outreach, halal restaurant phone, etc.), a free US + Arabic-region phone number for the first 30 days, and sub-accounts for masjid networks or multi-location operators.

How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?

Top up credits from $25 to $5,000 anytime. You only pay for actual conversation time, billed by the minute. The first 30 founding customers get $5 in free credits to test a live agent before topping up. No monthly minimum. No subscription. Top up when your balance runs low, or set automatic refills.

Can I use my own API keys to reduce costs?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We support BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) for LLM providers, TTS, and STT. By using your own keys, you pay vendor cost directly and we charge a thin platform fee on top. This is the right move for charities running large Ramadan outbound campaigns or masjid networks operating at multi-org scale.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Your voice agents stop placing and answering calls when credits run out. Set up automatic top-ups, or get notified at 50% and 100% of your balance. Inbound callers hear a polite voicemail message in your agent's voice. Never a hard error.

Do you charge for sensitive-topic hand-offs?

No. The moment akhi defers to your imam, scholar, or designated reviewer on a fiqh question or a sensitive donor conversation, the meter stops. You only pay for the voice agent's time, not the human reviewer's. This is core to adab. We don't charge you for restraint.

How are voice minutes counted?

Actual conversation time, billed in 30-second pulses, both inbound and outbound. Calls under 10 seconds (wrong number, missed connect) don't count. Voicemails left by the agent are billed at half-rate. Hand-offs to a human stop the meter immediately.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, both on the volume-pricing strip above and via Enterprise contracts. We discount per-minute rates at committed monthly volumes. Better rates kick in around 25,000+ minutes/month, typical for a masjid network running Jummah reminders + Ramadan donor campaigns + iftar coordination across multiple sites.

What languages are live today?

At launch (early access): English, Arabic (MSA + Gulf), and Urdu. On the public roadmap: Indonesian, Malay, Turkish, Bengali, French (Maghreb), Somali, Hausa, Pashto, Dari, and additional Arabic dialects. We add a language only after native-speaker adab review passes. Never a beta-quality launch into a Muslim-vernacular tongue.

Will you take haram-vertical customers at any price?

No. Riba banking, alcohol, gambling, conventional insurance, adult content, and pork producers are refused at the platform level. Permanently. The full halal-business filter is public. This is brand and liability protection. Not a limitation we'll quietly waive for a big check.
