Connect your Twilio account
Authenticate once with your Twilio API key. We never see your account credentials in plain text. They live in your tenant's encrypted secrets store.
Map numbers to agents
Pick which Twilio numbers route inbound to which Akhi agent template: masjid front desk, charity donor support, halal restaurant front-of-house. Done in the dashboard.
Pass the consent gate, then go live
Outbound campaigns require a consent-confirmation checkbox at upload. Pass the gate, schedule the campaign, and Akhi dials through Twilio with the provenance log attached.

Every uploaded phone list passes through a consent-confirmation step that captures who the numbers belong to, how consent was obtained, and when. Every outbound campaign keeps that provenance attached. Exportable for legal review or audit at any time.
We refuse to run any Twilio outbound campaign for a refused vertical (riba banking, alcohol, gambling, conventional insurance, pork, adult content). The list is public at /halal-business-filter and permanent. Even with full Twilio access on your side, the campaign won't fire if it crosses the line.
